Norton DNS 199.85.126.20: Open System Preferences then select the Network tab. Click the Advanced tab then click the DNS tab. Click + Enter these addresses exactly as you see them here. 208.67.222.222. Click + 208.67.220.220. Then click OK and restart your Mac. If you don't see any improvements, just delete those addresses from the DNS tab. It's that easy.
